Scuba Bylaw Passed Despite Opposition Innisfil Ontario

A new bylaw which will prohibit scuba diving from the dock between May 15th and October 15th except by permit for special events or training activities. The new bylaw will come in to force next year. Raymond Krob, the president of the Ontario Underwater Council, attended the meeting to oppose the new regulation which will force divers to obtain permits to use the town docks…
